i-onCONNECT meets with KPU International Students
On September 18, 2018 i-onCONNECT met with Kwantlen Polytechnic University and nurses from Denmark who were visiting as part of the KPU International Students Program.
These students had an interactive tour from i-onCONNECT and shared with the i-on team their current research regarding solutions to dementia. While in Canada these nursing students are studying our health care system, as well as working on creating technology to help dementia patients stay in their homes longer, and assist their families in providing the best care possible. A few of the students pitched their product ideas to Ernest Daddey, i-onCONNECT’s Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, who was very impressed by their ideas and helped walk them through the first steps of a product development plan. It was an incredibly informative visit, and i-onCONNECT is always passionate about empowering the academic mind.
