3 month minimum lease (1 month in advance – $250 damage deposit)

  • 1 x small (1 person) – $ 675/month
  • 6 x medium (1-2 people) – $800/month for each office
  • 1 x large (up to 3 people) – $1,250/month

Semi-private area (window view)

  • 8 units $550/month for each unit
  • Daily Rate – $65/day

Desks

  • 32 Designated Desks- $500/month for each desk
  • Daily Rate – $45/day
  • 6 Hot Desks – $ 350/month for each desk

Meeting Rooms

  • 5 meeting rooms:
    • 1 x up to 8 people – $35 (hourly), $115 (half day), $165 (daily)
    • 3 x up to 12 people – $45 (hourly), $165 (half day), $180 (daily) for each room
    • 1 x up to 16 people – $65 (hourly), $180 (half day), $210 (daily)

Boardroom

  • Up to 20 people – Minimum half day rate: $250
  • Daily rate: $400

Conference Room

  • Up to 50 people – Minimum daily rate: $600

Event Space

  • Atrium up to 300 people – Minimum 4-hour rate: $925
  • Breakout area up to 50 people – Daily rate: $450

  • Prototype Facility (includes all basic equipment + bench) – $75 (daily), $225 (weekly), $295 (bi-weekly), $450 (monthly)
  • Cubicle – $50 (daily), $180 (weekly), $300 (monthly)
  • Combo price (Prototype facility and cubicle) – $275 (weekly), $350 (bi-weekly), $560 (monthly)
  • Ovens – $35 (daily), $150 (weekly), $275 (bi-weekly)
  • Precision Scale/Microscope (approximately $50 set-up fee)
  • 3D Printer (price subject to volume and complexity of object, minimum $30 per print job)
  • Instruction on safe use of high end equipment (one hour) – $75 (one-time fee)
