The Sanctuary functions as both our member lounge and a prime event space. Our Sanctuary offers unprecedented flexibility and can accommodate anywhere from two to 300. It comes equipped with flexible seating options and a huge, nine-panel TV wall that add the wow-factor to any presentation.
The Concourse is a breakout area perfect for speeches, presentations, and seminars. Open-concept and filled with natural light, this flexible space offers multiple seating options. The Concourse comes equipped with a projector and a whiteboard wall for sketching out your business plans.

The Desmond Room is our largest and most flexible boardroom. With a bank of windows offering natural light, this room pivots between being a boardroom, classroom, or open space event room that can seat up to 60 comfortably.
The Desmond comes equipped with a projector and 65″ monitor, teleconferencing capability, wireless presentation connectors for your laptop, and a whiteboard wall.
The room is named after Viola Desmond, a Nova Scotian businesswoman and civil libertarian who challenged racial segregation in Canada.
Perfect for large conference calls and corporate meetings, the Fox Room is a traditional boardroom that seats 17 and up to six more in perimeter seating. It has a 65” monitor, teleconferencing capability, wireless presentation connectors for your laptop, and two large whiteboard walls.
The room is named after Terry Fox, a Canadian athlete, humanitarian, and cancer research activist.
The McClung Room is our mini-boardroom, with seating for seven and space for up to four more in perimeter seating.
The McClung is equipped with a 65” monitor, wireless presentation connectors, and two whiteboard walls.
This room is named after Nellie McClung, who led Manitoba to become the first province to grant women the right to vote.
Ideal for teaching, presenting, or teleconferencing, the Suzuki room seats 15 comfortably and comes equipped with two 65″ monitors, teleconferencing capability, wireless presentation connectors, and two whiteboard walls.

The Bondar Room has a unique feature that takes the widely known benefits of stand-up desks one step further – we’ve adapted that concept and outfitted this room with a stand-up meeting table. For those who would like to sit, chairs are included in the room.
The Bondar has a comfortable capacity of six to eight and comes equipped with one whiteboard table, two whiteboard table walls, a 65″ monitor, and wireless presentation connectors.

The Cook Room can comfortably seat eight to 10 people and up to four others in perimeter seating. The room is named after Jane Constance Cook, Ga’axsta’las, a leader, cultural mediator, and activist who lobbied for First Nations to retain rights of access to land and resources.
The Pearson Room is another room with a stand-up meeting table that’s perfect for those who don’t want to sit all day. As with the Bondar Room, chairs are supplied in the room.
Comfortably able to fit six to eight people, the Pearson is also equipped with one whiteboard table, two whiteboard walls, a 65″ monitor, and wireless presentation connectors.
The room is named after Lester B. Pearson, who was Prime Minister of Canada from 1963 to 1968 and a Nobel Peace Prize recipient for his role in resolving the Suez Crisis through the United Nations.
